| Joining policy |
- Area Division:
1.Areas are to be divided as per the state jurisdiction of administration, of which, the smallest area is equivalent to that at county-level and the biggest one to that at municipal level;
2.For area without regional agent, the distributors for the same products are not to be more than 2; and
3.The actual distribution area is to be determined by the two parties as per particular situation.
- Grades
1. Agents are at Grade I;
2. Distributors are at Grade II;
3. Direct Distribution Stations are Grade III;
4. The regional agent is to be granted with exclusive rights for distributing one or more products in its jurisdiction; and
5. Agents at different levels are to be supplied with products at different prices.
- Rights of Agents
1. To purchase our qualified products at price uniformly prevailing in our supplying to other agents in China;
2. To seek support from this company for technological training and advertisement;
3. To have our special support in their transactions with key clients and distributors dealing in large quantity;
4. To have our commitment that this company does not establish direct business relations with clients in the area under the jurisdiction of agents/distributors; and
5. To have the contact information on clients under his jurisdiction who desires to create direct trade relation with this company.
- Requirements
1. Basic Requirements for Agents/Distributors
Independent corporate entity with registered capital of over RMB one million;
With good reputation and enterprise image;
With clients resources in the area under his jurisdiction and the ability to expand the market.
With good understanding and recognition to the concepts and products of Beijing Automatic Self-Control Equipment Co., Ltd. and compliance with our market policies.
With one or more full-time salesperson to develop the market and one or more technician who offers the after-sales service through training;
Adherence to our pricing and marketing policies.
2. Grade Authentication
1). Requirements for Distributors Grade III
To be compliant with our basic requirements for agents;
To achieve a sales volume no less than RMB one million, and those whose turnover is over RMB three million are preferred; and
To achieve a sales volume of no less than 20% of the total within 3 months after concluding the contract and no less than 50% of the total within 6 months.
2). Requirements for Agents Grade II
To be compliant with our basic requirements for agents;
To achieve a sales volume over RMB three million, and a sales volume of no less than 20% of the total within 3 months after concluding the contract and no less than 50% of the total within 6 months.
3). Requirements for Agent Grade I
With registered capital of over RMB one million, two or more years of experience in promoting the sales for valves, actuators and industrial-use instruments and meters, as well as powerful capital strength and extensive sales channels in society.
with independent ability to expand market and the power to offer high-quality guidance service prior to service and technological support to clients under its jurisdiction;
With more than three salesmen and technicians to service for products of Beijing Automatic Self-Control Equipment Co., Ltd. and taking above products as its major brands;
With more than one year of cooperation with us and its purchase in last year is worth of over RMB 500,000, having good reputation and no overdue loans or violations to market regulations; and
With a guarantee to achieve a yearly sales income of over RMB three million, and the sales income is to be no less than 20% of the total in the first quarter of cooperation, no less than 40% of the total in second quarter and no less than 70% in the third and fourth quarters respectively.
3. Application & Authorization
1). Application
The applicant shall submit the written application materials to Beijing Automatic Self-Control Equipment Co., Ltd. and fill in the application form, and meanwhile, provide with such copies as of business license, ID card of legal representative, tax registration certificate and bank’s permit for opening an account
2). Assessment
The regional salesperson are to conduct a comprehensive investigation on the applicant and negotiate with it provided he/she deems, through investigation, deems that the applicant is qualified for agent so as to conclude a cooperative agreement with the applicant .
3). Authentification
The regional salesperson is to submit the application and assessment results to the leaders in headquarter for approval and file, and the applicant is required to implement obligations as per the agent grade it applied;
4). Authorization
The certificate of agent qualification is to be issued to the applicant by Beijing Automatic Self-Control Equipment Co., Ltd. and the salesperson, upon the receipt of approval, conclude an agreement in an uniform format used by Beijing Automatic Self-Control Equipment Co., Ltd. with the applicant, and then the applicant will become our official agent;
5). Probation Period
The probation period shall be three months as of the date on which the agent agreement is concluded and Beijing Automatic Self-Control Equipment Co., Ltd. shall have the right to reassess the qualification of the applicant. In case the Party B (applicant) is reassessed to be qualified, the Party A (Beijing Automatic Self-Control Equipment Co., Ltd.) will issue to Party B the signed assessment certificate, otherwise the agreement is to terminate automatically.
6). Evaluation
The agent is to be evaluated once every three months as of the date when the agreement is concluded, the index for comprehensive grading include sales progress, payment, feedback on clients materials, implementation of annual sales plan and execution of marketing policies by the agent, etc.
- V. Sample Purchase
Instruction on sample purchase. The instruction is used to direct the agent and distributors in their operation.
